Registration Fees Include:
- Admission to one Saturday Excursion: the Georgia Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame, or Games & Gab on Saturday, July 19
- “Welcome to the A” lunch on Saturday, July 19th
- Family Banquet with a catered dinner on Saturday, July 19th
- Catered fellowship & prayer breakfast on Sunday, July 20th
Early Bird Registration Prizes:
- There are multiple opportunities for prizes when you register early! All prizes, drawings, and rules are outlined below.
- The first two people to complete the following three tasks: (1) reserve their hotel room at the Hilton Garden Inn - Windy Hill, (2) complete registration, and (3) pay all registration fees will receive one of the following:
- $100 Visa or Mastercard gift card (1 prize available)
- $100 Target or Amazon gift card (1 prize available)
- Three early bird drawings!
- First drawing: Register by February 18th to be placed into a drawing to receive a gift bag valued at $100 (2 winners)
- Second drawing: Book reunion hotel reservations for at least two nights by February 18th to be placed into a drawing to receive credit for one night of your hotel stay (1 winner, must book reservations at the official reunion hotel, Hilton Garden Inn - Windy Hill)
- Third drawing: Pay registration fees by registration deadline, April 18, 2025, to be placed into a drawing for a gift bag valued at $150 (2 winners)
- Winners must be present at the reunion to receive early bird registration prizes!
Family Awards & Recognition:
- Awards and gifts will be given to honor and congratulate family members with great achievements and announcements since last year's family reunion. Please make sure to include this information during registration by April 18th.
- Family members 70 years of age and older will be placed into a drawing to receive a gift bag valued at $100. (2 winners)
- Family members must be present at the reunion to receive any award, prize, or gift.
Registration Details & Payment Information:
- The registration deadline is April 18, 2025. NO ONSITE REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED.

- During the registration process, you’ll be able to purchase a family reunion t-shirt.
- Once registered you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a copy of your registration, including the total registration fees owed.
- Once registered, please submit payment of all registration fees through any of the payment apps listed below.
